Herbert Morrison Technical
Herbert Morrison Technical High School formally known as (Herbert Morrison Comprehensive High School) was formed and opened in 1976. We won Dacosta Cup in 1986 vs Russeas High 1-0 at Jarrett Park on a goal scored by Hector Wright. Herbert Morrison were, and probably still is the youngest school to have won D’Cup at ten years old. Herbert Morrison contested the Oliver Shield that same year , but unfortunately lost to KC in a two legged encounter. The first game drew1-1 at National Stadium. The second game at Jarrett Park KC won 2-1 on goals scored by Errol "Sala" Lewis and Herbert Richards. Herbert Morrison goal was scored by Garfield ‘ BuddyRoy’ Anderson who is now the current coach. Herbert Morrison again won Dacosta Cup in 1988 defeating Russeas again 2-1 goals by Winston "Tanto" Henry and Devon "Doberman"Jarrett. Ruseas goal was scored by and Fabian Lawrence.
Herbert Morrison won the Ben Francis Cup in 1988 they defeated St. Mary's College. They went on the Nutrament Shield and defeated a star studded Camperdown team in the National Stadium in a goal scored by Winston "Tanto" Henry. That team was captained by Keith Baddas Tomlinson.
The team was also comprised of some notable performers like , Devon Jarrett, Andrew ‘ Foey ‘ Morris, ATHOL Sharer, Rocky Dobson, Harland Hignes , Cassius Rose, Anthony ‘MamaRella ‘ Smith, Howard Dean Maxwell , Paul Clarke .. both championship years was coached by Mr. Maurice Whitley .

Keith "Baddas" Tomlinson, Herbert Morrison Technical (Compre). Keith Tomlinson was the chief architect behind the success of Herbert Morrison’s DaCosta Cup championship winning teams in 1986 & 1988.
The school also won the Ben Francis Cup (1988), and the Nutrament Shield in 1988. ‘Baddas’ superb play earned him unanimous selection to the All-Rural teams in 1986/1987/1988 and to the National U19/23 & Senior Team. Tomlinson also enjoyed stints with Finnish Division 1 team, Kiffen FC, Mandela FC (Bronx), Brooklyn Rovers and Team Jamaica (USA Caribbean Cup Tournament). Keith Tomlinson was regarded as a midfield general, or simply the maestro. An outstanding leader, ‘Baddas’ possessed impeccable ball control and used an array of medium and long range passes to be a constant threat to the most stubborn defensive units.
